With over a decades experience in grief and bereavement, Katt supports clients nationally & internationally to unpack and honour the layers of emotions that may be on their hearts after a grief experience.
Grief is a word that we use to explain a complex set of emotions that we experience after loss. It is the emotions, sensations and feelings that overcome us after loss. However, we live in a society that often does not create space for grief to be truly honoured.
Katt is on a mission to educate and advocate for the power of honouring our grief, vulnerability & shadow to nurture and ignite our light. Katt weaves a completely holistic perspective in the support she offers her clients.
This includes supportive communication,deep listening, mind-body connection, visualization and meditation. In grief we can often feel in a fog, and completely lost from our identity. Katt supports her clients in finding clarity and a deep connection to their truth. Katt’s clients are inspired to live life authentically with purpose and meaning, and the confidence to allow their grief experience to inspire healing and growth.
